Tracy Nelson MCS-P, Owner

Tracy is the owner of Twin Oaks Medical Management. She started the business 30 years ago and has grown it to what it is today. She oversees all business decisions and operations. With her 35 years of experience she understands what it is to be a business owner and how the bottom line effects the entire business and your practice. Customer service is important to her and it shows throughout her trainings and leadership. She started Twin Oaks Medical Management working with mental health providers throughout Oregon and now does billing for mental health, physical therapy, occupational therapy, family practice, massage therapy, podiatry, rural health, acupuncture and women’s health, also working with clinics on practice management, credentialing/contracting, clinic start up, compliance and revenue enhancement. Tracy is also actively involved in the AAPC and MCT organizations and is staying current with her education while building a large network of well-educated and helpful people throughout the industry.

Debbie Smith CPC, CPC-P, CPMA, MCS-P, Account Manager

Debbie has 50 years of experience in the provider and insurance arenas. She directly oversees Coding, Compliance, Auditing, Training and Education. Debbie teaches online coding, compliance and reimbursement methodologies at her local Community College since 2012. She holds the following certifications in AAPC and MCT Compliance: CPC–Certified Professional Coder–General Coding Practices and Applications; CPC-P–Certified Professional Coder–Payer–General Coding Practices and Applications as well Reimbursement Methodologies; CPMA–Certified Professional Medical Auditor–Coding, Documentation compliance as well as revenue cycle performance; MCS-P–Medical Compliance Specialist–Physician–Coding, Documentation, Compliance, FWA, OSHA and HIPAA. Debbie is also actively involved in the AAPC and MCT organizations and is staying current with her education while building a large network of well-educated and helpful people throughout the industry.

Our marketing director directly oversees the Marketing, at Twin Oaks Medical Management. Our marketing director has 15 years of experience in leadership, management, process improvement, project management, organization and efficiency improvements.
